Charles Albert George "Bert" Harris of Teeswater passed away peacefully at Wingham and District Hospital on Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 in his 75th year.

Beloved companion and best friend of Helen Hatch of Teeswater.

Dear father of Sandra Standish and her husband Peter of Woodstock and Tanya Merkley and husband Mike of Kitchener.

Sadly missed by grandchildren; Brandon, Jenna and Evan Standish and Travis Merkley.

Also survived by siblings, Laverne Harris of R. R. #1 Holyrood, Bob Harris (Willa) of Teeswater, Ray Harris (Connie) of R. R. #5 Lucknow, Jean Furness of Lucknow, Marian Fischer (Doug) of Bluevale and Tom Harris of Woodstock.

Fondly remembered by members of Helen's family, Kay Van Camp and several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents Albert and Mary (Switzer) Harris, sisters June Harris and Susan Dillon, brothers-in-law Joe Dillon and Rod Furness.
